SBK Recruitment Refund Policy
1. Overview
SBK Recruitment (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital recruitment and job listing services through www.sbkrecruitment.com. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for our online services.
2. Non-Refundable Services
All payments made for job postings, featured listings, AI-matching services, and subscription packages (Ignite, Momentum, Elevate, Pinnacle, Bespoke) are non-refundable once the service has been activated or accessed.
Refunds are not provided for:

Job listings that have already gone live.

AI-matching services that have generated results.

Any employer access to candidate databases.

Failure by the user to utilize the purchased service within the active period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payments due to a technical error.

Accidental double purchase of the same package.

Verified service failure caused by SBK Recruitment (e.g., system malfunction preventing access for more than 5 consecutive days).
4. Refund Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@sbkrecruitment.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Requests must include:

Registered company name or account holder name

Payment proof or invoice number

Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
Employers may cancel a subscription before renewal, but no prorated refunds are given for unused time or services already rendered.
6. Disputes
In the event of a billing dispute, please contact info@sbkrecruitment.com. If unresolved, the matter will be handled in accordance with South African consumer law and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008.
