 Candidate Responsibilities

 Employer Responsibilities

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• SBK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Candidates

• Basic services are free.
• Premium services (e.g., CV reviews, career coaching) are subject to fees.
• Payment must be made upfront; refunds are at SBK’s discretion.

PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE

• We adhere to South African POPIA regulations and applicable international data privacy laws.
• User data is stored securely and only shared with third parties for the purpose of providing the Services.
• By using our platform, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data.

CONTENT SUBMISSION

• Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.
• SBK may remove content that violates these Terms, is offensive, or is otherwise inappropriate.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
