3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.

• SBK Recruitment reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or submit fraudulent information.

• Employers must undergo a vetting process before their job listings are published.

4. Services

SBK Recruitment provides:

• Job postings and candidate management tools.

• AI-powered candidate matching and ranking.

• Access to the candidate CV database.

• Advertising, branding, and analytics for employers.

Job seekers may use the platform free of charge, while employers purchase tiered packages.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users may not upload false or misleading information.

• Employers must comply with South African labour laws and may not post discriminatory, misleading, or illegal job advertisements.

• SBK Recruitment may remove listings that violate ethical or legal standards.

6. Payments

All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Accepted methods: EFT, credit/debit card, or secure gateway.
Invoices are issued automatically upon payment confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the SBK Recruitment logo, AI tools, design, and copy, are the exclusive property of SBK Strategic Solutions. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Privacy

All personal and company data are collected and processed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013.

9. Liability

SBK Recruitment does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
We are not liable for:

• The accuracy of job listings or CVs submitted.

• Losses resulting from fraudulent activity by users.

• Downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.

10. Termination

SBK Recruitment reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access for:

• Misuse of the platform.

• Breach of contract or payment failure.

• Posting fraudulent or unethical content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
